Bonjour, les prestations de l'hôtel sont ok. Il est juste dommage que l'on retrouve chaque jour le même et unique type de petit pain de mie congelé et cuit sur place, pas très intéressant au bout de plusieurs jours, mais je l'ai signalé au personnel de salle ainsi qu'à la direction. La situation de l'hôtel est calme, par contre il n'y a strictement rien à faire, à voir ou à visiter à proximité, et quasiment impossible de se promener en hiver car on doit suivre la route enneigée, donc danger constant. Le personnel est très serviable, par contre on a eu des voisins très bruyants et sans aucuns égards pour les autres, engueulades de couples à 3h du matin... pas de respect, mais rien à redire du coté du personnel, ok.

L' hotel è molto curato e ben tenuto, le camere pulite e luminose. La colazione a buffet è abbondante e con prodotti freschi, abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione e per cena avevamo una scelta fra 4 primi e 4 secondi più antipasto e dolce. Nonostante sia un hotel, il personale era così accogliente che sembrava di essere ospiti di un bed and breakfast! E tutto questo al prezzo più basso che si potesse trovare in quella zona!

Se dovessi ritornare in quelle zone, sceglierei senz'altro l'Hotel San Carlo.
Ospitalità, accoglienza, servizio, pulizia etc...eccellenti.
