Habitaciones bellamente decoradas y confortables. Personal del hotel muy gentil. Excelente ubicacion, a menos de 100 metros de plaza San Marcos. Lo recomiendo.

The location is very good, it just near the Piazza San Macro. So it is very easy to get there from airport or train station by boat. Just for the first time, it is a little bit difficult to find the Hotel.

Mancava l'ascensore e la scala era veramente faticosa, soprattutto con i bagagli. Avevamo chiesto espressamente camera doppia con letti separati e la prima notte ci hanno dato una camera con letto matrimoniale. Solo la notte seguente ci hanno accontentato ma abbiamo dovuto spostare le nostre cose, e la camera era molto piccola.

Literie médiocre. Problème d'arrivée d'eau froide dans la salle de bains : l'eau de la douche était donc trop chaude. Cela a été signalé, mais rien n'a changé durant notre séjour. Autrement, l'hôtel est bien situé et le personnel sympathique.

L’hôtel est bien situé, le personnel est accueillant, seul bémol , la fenêtre de cette chambre donnait face à un mur très proche. Donc pas de clarté mais pour une nuit cela n'est pas vital.
