Por dificultades en mi viaje, llegué al hotel por la noche muy tarde. Sin embargo, la encargada me estaba esperando y gracias a eso pude instalarme sin problemas. Agradezco sinceramente ese disposición de esta persona, que más allá de lo dispuesto se empeñó en resolverme el problema; de no haber sido así, me hubiese visto obligado a buscar otro alojamiento en una ciudad desconocida, a altas horas de la noche, y además hubiese perdido el dinero de la reserva hecha.
