La salle de toilettes est mal faite: il fallait faire une extrême attention en prenant la douche pour que l'eau n'inonde pas l'autre partie de la salle où sont cuvette des cabinets et lavabo. Nous n'avons pas pu nous laver les cheveux pour éviter l'inondation.

L'ascenseur n'a pas bien fonctionné. A mon avis, le personnel de l'hôtel doit expliquer aux clients comment le faire marcher. Nous avons dû descendre nos bagages par l'escalier.

I had a single room. I was prepared to find a small room, but this was the smallest one I have ever been in! 2x2 m and the so called bathroom 1x1m. I nearly had to stand on the toilet seat to take a shower! The view through the small window was mainly the other side of the wall. For a 3 star hotel this is not good! My colleague stayed in a double room, which was normal size, but the view through the window you were able to see only if you are 2 m tall or climb up on a chair.

The main plus of the hotel is its convinient placement nearly right on to the bus station and near vaporetto and taxi boat stops.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much indeed. The staff were very pleasant and exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was very good but on two mornings, although we weren't late, there was a lack of some items and no more was brought out. Apart from that, we both thought the hotel was very nice. We stayed in the modern part of the hotel, just round the corner from the main building. It was quieter there and we were pleased we were staying there. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We thought it good value as we had a discounted rate. I have recommended the hotel to my friends. Thankyou. Patricia Clarke.

Si vous désirez utiliser le parking de l'hôtel, il n'est pas possible de le réserver par internet et il faut appeler.

L'emplacement est pratique car proche de la gare et des liaisons routières et une famille de 4 personnes peut séjourner dans la même chambre.

Avendo prenotato in un albergo mi sono ritrovato alloggiato in una dependance distante dall'hotel circa cento metri. Per la colazione dovevamo mettere il cappotto ed uscire. Inoltre, se uno aveva bisogno di qualsiasi cosa doveva uscire ed andare in hotel. Non ritengo serio avere una prenotazione per un hotel e ritrovarsi alloggiato in una dependance. Queste situazioni si preavvertono prima almeno e non all'arrivo facendo finta di nulla come se tutto fosse normale, si viene accompagnati da un'altra parte.

Hôtel très bien situé, le personnel est très accueillant.

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis (Zimmer, PW-Parkplatz) ist eine Zumutung. Der kleine Fernseher ist z.B. zu weit weg und nur italienische Sender. Zu diesen Zimmerpreisen darf man etwas anderes erwarten. der Radio funktionierte gar nicht über den fernseher wie auch der teletext nicht......
