Secondo me per i servizi non corrisponde a 4 stelle forse a 2 o 3 stelle per cui il prezzo a mio avviso è sproporzionato in base a quanto dato. TV in camera non funzionante, in piscina lettini insufficienti e mal ridotti, servizio mezza pensione o tutta inesistente. Morale: un disastro. Cordiali saluti.

Appena arrivati ci hanno dato la camera più calda dell'hotel, ovvero una stanza dove ci batteva il sole tutto il giorno, dopo nostra richiesta il terzo giorno di permanenza ci hanno spostato in un altra camera. Non hanno wifi in tutte le camere e la distanza da Montesantangelo a Mattinata è di 8/9 km in linea d'aria, ma 18 km di strada effettiva. Se non eravamo in moto ce ne saremmo andati subito.

Hôtel très bruyant, les cloisons fines et les mouvemenst des couloirs importants. La chambre de 3 pas assez grande pour des adultes, surtout pour poser les valises.
Pas de ventilateur malgré que ce soit en altitude, il faisait chaud en août et toute la nuit.
Personnel ne parlant pratiquement pas anglais, étonnant pour un 3 étoiles !
