Devo sottolineare l'assoluta mancanza di un parcheggio per auto o un
accordo con il comune per eventuale parcheggio su zone vicine
riservate ai clienti (ho chiesto in portineria dove parcheggiare e mi è stato spiegato un posto nelle vicinanze ed essendo giorno festivo non c'era problemi. Il tutto mi è costato 39€ di multa!)

The procedure you need to complete to get to the internet is very complicated and it is practically impossible if you don't have skills in working with computers. In the web page they say it's simple - just connect to the WiFi - but actually they give you a cable and you have to connect manually by configuring lots of complicated settings.
Also, only one person from the staff speaks good English.
