The lady at the desk (Erica) was very friendly and helpful. The men were less so.
When we checked in my wife and I were given a very small room. Single traveling companions with us were given much larger rooms. Fortunately the situation was corrected in a day.

A posto della tripla ordinata, ci è stata data una matrimoniale con una brandina aggiunta, dove mio figlio che pesa 70 kg non ha potuto dormirci. Hanno cambiato con una rete il giorno dopo, ma senza testata né comodini. Morale abbiamo pagato una tripla e ci hanno dato una doppia.
