There was a problem with finding our reservation and rather than just booking us in (there was clearly a room a available) many phone calls were made to booking agencies to check our booking and we lost time to explore the area. Once we were booked in, the staff were very helpful. It was a shame that the front desk staff did not tell us that the fortress was still open when we checked in as we would have loved to have visited it. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

Dal balcone del ristorante si udivano le voci delle persone che in tarda notte mi hanno creato disturbo. A parte questo l'hotel era molto tranquillo ed elegante, mi sono sentito ben accolto.
