Bilder an den Wänden waren im Zimmer nicht mehr vorhanden.

Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regeln, bzw. funktionierte nicht, trotz Meldung an der Rezeption nach 4 Tagen immer noch keine Reparatur.

In my opinion, this is not a four stars hotel. It is overpriced, like all other hotels in Venice. Rooms are fine (size, cleanliness), but the situation of the toilet in room 515 is ridiculous for a "4 stars hotel": there was mould in the shower unit, the sink was partly broken and the water didn't go away properly. Apart from that, breakfast is quite average. Staff is nice and helpful, but they can't do more. The room is too small for the amount of people and the products offered are not so good (bread is just so so, there is not much fruit). By night, the area where the hotel is located is just bad. Right in front of the hotel, the two nights we stayed there was a bunch of guys drinking and smoking right there. Don't think I would come back.

We loved our stay. Excellent location, close to train to Venice and airport. Exactly what we wanted at the end of our trip in Italy.

Staff was fabulous! Very helpful and accomodating.
