La description faite depuis ma reservation internet ne correspondait pas du tout à la taille de la chambre. la chambre etait minuscule, j'ai demande à changer et cela m a ete refusee. De plus pour reserver un circuit touristique en bus, la personne à l'hotel m'a fait payer 6 euros alors qu'en fait il n'y avait pas besoin de reserver. il est evident que je ne recommanderai jamais cet hotel j'en ai ete très mecontente je l ai d'ailleurs signalé lors de mon depart.

Upon arrival, we were told our room was not available because of water damage. This is possible, but it looked as if the whole hotel was under renovation. Nonetheless, arrangements had already be made for a different hotel, and a cab was called at their expense. The other hotel was fine, but not the ambiance we would have chosen. The rooms were clean, the staff helpful, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Despite the unexpected change, it was still a nice introduction to Rome.

Finestra che non si chiudeva bene
scuretto senza maniglia e impossibile da chiudere
tappo scarico della vasca svitato e da aprire e chiudere a mano
capelli sulle lenzuola.........
mi hanno fattouno sconto ma ugualmente
dopo un giorno ho cambiato albergo!!!
