L'unica nota negativa per la mia personale esperienza è stato il massaggio; ho richiesto in loco un massaggio terapeutico per la cervicalgia e ne sono uscita con ancora più dolore al collo e spalle. Posso dire che la terapista che mi ha eseguito il trattamento secondo me non è stata professionale.

Die häßliche Hotel-Umgebung; das Büfett war „ärmlich und erbärmlich“, erbärmlichen Frühstück; Wir hatten ein schrecklich schlechtes Bett! Wir haben den ganzen Urlaub an schlecht geschlafen. Nicht ausgeruht zurück nach Hause zurückgekehrt. Wir haben nach anderen Betten und nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt aber natürlich ohne Erfolg.
Die hässliche und ärmliche 4-Sterne-Hotel, das wir je besucht haben.

Ho riscontrato per tutto il weekend la scortesia del personale.
Nelle camere un letto ad una piazza e mezza, anziche' a due piazze; la tv non prende i canali principali, quasi come se fossero bloccati. Il servizio wi-fi è lentissimo.
Nota positiva per la nuova piscina termale, che è molto bella e funzionale, però anche qui funzionano solo la metà degli idromassaggi e quindi bisogna fare un po' di fila per poterne usufruire.
Il parcheggio è piccolo e ho dovuto lasciare l'auto sul retro dell'albergo in un parcheggio ben poco "custodito" e piene di pozzanghere e fango.
