Bonjou, nous étions logés dans la chambre 302, laquelle est située tout en haut au dernier étage, je dirais qu'elle ressemble un peu à un grenier. Celle-ci est très intéressante en ce qui concerne la grandeur, l'insonorisation et la tranquilité, mais nous avons trouvé qu'elle n'était pas assez aérée. Si nous avions pu ouvrir l'une des fenêtres situées au plafond, cela aurait ajouté au bien-être de celle-ci, car le plancher est recouvert de tapis ce qui rend la chambre étouffante malgré le fait qu'il il avait l'installation de l'air climatisée.
Pour ce qui est du reste, c'est un excellent hôtel à tous les niveaux.

Замечательный отель, очень красиво и чисто, доброжелательный персонал, номера на 100% соответствуют фотографиям с их сайта. Отель находится в 5-7 минутах расслабленной ходьбы от жд станции, а от нее еще 5 минут до островной Венеции. Рядом с отелем есть все что надо:шоппинг, рестораны, магазины еды, аптека...вообщем не пропадете, а персонал отеля всегда поможет. Очень рекомендуем этот отель.

Overall very pleased, only problem was that water was not very hot in the mornings, this was later discussed with reception who said that it was due to the solar heating not being as good now, and that they need to switch on the gas heating to compensate. For Venice the hotel is good value for money. Surrounding area is a bit run down, but train to island is very quick. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very modern and kept clean.
