Very quiet and peaceful setting.

Near to the interesting ancient site of Norba, a short walk away, and the Gardens of Ninfa, which are beautiful.

Super hotel, le personnel est à votre écoute, le restaurant est FABULEUX, la chambre est grande...

Petit point négatifs pour la salle de bain qui aurait mérité d'avoir une douche plus confortable et pour le wifi qui n'est pas disponible dans la chambre.

Le reste est TRES TRES bien !!!!

We were very happy in general with the hotel; staff service was excellent and the room and surrounding most adequate and enjoyable.

The main problem that something must really be done about is the restaurant. On our first night there we were among the first to arrive at the dining room and yet we had to wail for an hour or more before our order was taken and then another hour at least before the food arrived, which wasn't exactly what we had ordered. It was very busy and seemed overwhelmed and unable to take orders and prepare the food in a systematic and orderly manner. On the second night it was much less busy and our orders were taken promptly and the food arrived in good time but the quality of the meals was very disappointing.

We would love to stay at Villa del Cardinelli again but only if we could be confident that the restaurant problems in terms of service and food quality had been fixed.

Das Morgenessen ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig:

Nur Süsses und hartes weisses Brot - ab und zu ein Stück Käse oder Salami wäre eine willkommene Abwechslung!

I ordered an economy double room with no view. The connection to town was blocked by a rock during the entire week. The food was OK and cheap. I suggest that you install wireless internet in the room as well.

Das Personal war teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Das Essen war nicht gut.

Nachts wurde auch vom Personal zeitweise rumgelärmt.

Das Frühstück wurde mit der Zeit immer weniger.

Die Dusche funktioniert nicht richtig. Eine Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden.

El hotel está muy retirado de la autopista y hay que subir una carretera de curvas interminable. El pueblo en si es bonito pero se hace muy pesado llegar. Las habitaciones no tenían aire acondicionado y tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas con la consiguiente entrada de mosquitos. Avisamos que llegaríamos tarde y no pudimos comer nada mas que un poco de pan con jamón, íbamos con 2 niños y a las 11:30 tuvimos que irnos al pueblo a cenar.

Murs en carton: impossible de dormir à cause des voisins. Pas de numéro pour joindre la réception (dans un bâtiment au fond du parc).

Accueil à 21h nul: obligés de trouver seuls notre chambre dans le noir ! Petit déjeuner insuffisant: gâteau maison mais sec, biscottes, croissants secs. Pas de céréales (famille), confiture, pain frais.

Par contre: service et cuisine le soir, très agréable et excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Ottimo hotel e ottimo ristorante

Sconsiglio la camera economy, per il resto come media darei un sufficiente.

Molto bello il paesaggio circostante senz'altro riposante.

La depandance lascia molto a desiderare, il resto della struttura è accettabile.

Bagno da risistemare in quanto non all'altezza della camera e della categoria dell'hotel.

Sarebbe opportuno aumentare l'arredamento esterno ,curare di più il parco e ristrutturare un pò il bagno in camera.
