Totales Chaos bei der Ankunft. Zimmer war besetzt, da ein anderer Gast mit gleichem Vornamen vorher ankam! Dann hin und her und schließlich doch ein Zimmer wie gebucht. Bei der Buchung gab es auch schon wechselnde Informationen.
Seeblick ist wahnsinnig übertrieben. Blick auf die direkt benachbarte Holzverarbeitungs-Firma war ungeschützt und 100%, auf den See ein schmaler Streifen.
Straße sehr laut.
Restaurant mit Beschallung oder Jazz-Trio!!! Das Abschalten der Beschallung mit wirklich ekeliger Musik wurde vom Restaurant-Chef auf seinem Stuhl lümmelnd mit mi dispiace kategorisch abgelehnt, obwohl kaum Gäste erwartet wurden und keiner der Gäste die Beschallung bestellt, gewünscht oder ausgewählt hatte. Wir fuhren dann zweimal abends mit dem Taxi nach Iseo, machte € 100 extra, aber dort war schöne Stimmung wirklich am Lago und ohne Beschallung.

Schöner Garten, gepflegte Zimmer und Aufenthaltsräume. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal.

Die Rezeption war mit einem Jungen Herrn besetzt, der eindeutig fehl am Platz war - das Hotel wird sich nicht rechnen, wenn man so schlechtes Personal anstellt:
* kein Wort Englisch
* für einen Taxifahrer hat er uns die Festnetz- statt der Handynummer aufgeschrieben - der Arme hat bis Nachts um 2.00 Uhr gewartet und wir mussten auf eine Alternative ausweichen..
* wir konnten keinerlei Weintouren buchen - der Kollege hat uns nicht verstanden - selbst am Telefon war es nicht möglich, vorab zu buchen - er hätte uns zumindest einen Rückruf einer englischsprachigen Kollegin Anbieten können.
Der Rest war klasse.

It's a good hotel. Shame there is a noisy road in front of the hotel.

A lovely, family-run, facility right on lake Iseo. Only little complaint: Website says there is a shuttle from Brescia train station to Hotel. This is not true.
