La presenza, nelle immediate vicinanze, di un canale con acqua putrida e maleodorante, certamente non invita alla permanenza nelle aree nei pressi dell' hotel.
Assenza di un parcheggio interno o almeno delimitato ed una fastidiosa rumorosità all'interno degli ambienti dovuta al frequente traffico degli ospiti, obbligati a percorsi piuttosto elaborati.
