En arrivant ,le réceptionniste nous a donné nos clefs sans nous accompagner dans nos chambres. Pas de service pour les bagages. Notre chambre était petite, et sommaire. Dans la salle de bains l'éclairage était insuffisant , pas de baignoire, rien pour poser nos vêtements, ni pour les accrocher. L'armoire était très petite , j'ai donc laisse mes affaires dans la valise. Le service était soit très bon, soit très approximatif . Très moyen pour un 4 étoiles. La demi pension n'est pas au point. Par contre le site est magnifique, l'hôtel est beau et nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
