Nos encanta Hotel Washington; estuvimos en el año 2001 dos personas y volvimos en el 2011 con nuestros hijos y nieta (6) y casualidad nos volvió a tocar la misma habitación a nosotros.

Very basic, was sufficient.

I found the hotel and the staff refreshingly better than the other 2 star hotels in which I stayed while in Italy. The location is exceptional ( I walked to all historic sites with the exception of Vatican City but the bus stop was by the train station which is near the hotel) and the rooms were comfortable. As stated in the other reviews I read, guests shouldn't expect 4 star quality but the bed was comfortable, the room was air conditioned (and I had control of how cool my room was), and the bathroom was larger, private and had a shower separate from the toilet (which was different than some other 2 star hotels in which the toilet and shower are in the same room with no separation between the two. In addition, there are several nice restaurants within walking distance. (I didn't partake of the hotel Washington's restaurant because I wanted to walk so can't speak to the quality of that restaurant.) The breakfast buffet was sufficient and included pastries, cheeses, fruits, juices, and cereals. The staff was both friendly and helpful - carried my bags to my room (which was not expected or required) and provided recommendations and guidance for some of my touristy type questions.

Zimmerreinigung vor und während des Aufenthaltes war nicht gründlich!

I was very disappointed that our phones did not work in our rooms and that I was not able to call Canada while I was at the hotel. When I was inquiring about the phone problem, I was told every day it would be fixed and it never was.

La buona ubicazione dell'hotel permette di spostarsi velocemente per Roma visto che i servizi sono tutti vicinissimi.

L'hotel inoltre mi ha offerto quello che a me serviva: una camera dignitosa e pulita, informazioni quando mi servivano da parte del personale, discrezione e la tenuta dei bagagli a fine contratto di pernottamento per tutto il tempo necessario, senza aggiunta di costi supplementari.
