Wir wählten Iseo als Etappenort auf unserer Reise nach Griechenland, Fähre ab Venedig.

Siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno (purtroppo un po' troppo breve) presso il vostro hotel; proprio per questo motivo è nostra intenzione ritornarci appena sarà possibile. Nous avons pris cet hôtel afin de profiter du Spa. A aucun moment il ne nous a été indiqué que celui-ci n'était disponible que l’après midi. Aussi, n'ayant réservé que pour une nuit et étant arrivés après 21 heures, il nous a été impossible d'en profiter le lendemain matin. Lorsque nous avons sollicité de pouvoir utilisé le Spa l’après midi de notre départ, y compris en payant si nécessaire, il nous a été répondu : " le Spa est réservé aux clients de l'hôtel ! ". Pour 108 € la chambre, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la remarque.

1° comme il avait fait chaud la quinzaine précédente, l'hotel est passé du chauffage à la climatisation. Nous y étions la semaine où il a tant plus et fait si froid en mai. Il devait faire 15 ou 16° dans la chambre. Nous avons eu droit, après discussions , à ... une couverture supplémentaire.
2° comme nous avions une chambre réservée par ebook (sic), nous étions au raz de la ligne de chemin de fer: C'est très agréable d'entendre régulièrement le tortillard local.
3° lors du réglement, comme je faisais part de mes griefs, le responsable s'est mis à hurler: les français contestent tout; il fait très chaud dans les chambres, les français sont des menteurs; nous n'avons pas à nous plaindre puisque nous avons réservé par Internet. Les meilleures chambres sont pour les clients qui traitent en direct (à plus cher sans doute).
Nous avons été pour le moins surpris de ces réflexions. Certes la meilleure défense, c'est l'attaque, mais il y a des limites qu'un vrai commerçant devrait connaitre.
4° l'hotel est loin de tout; le centre est difficilement accessible en voiture. Et malgré cela, les prix sont élevés.
C'est une adresse à éviter.
