Sehr nette Vermieterin und Vermieter; toll, dass es eine kleine Küche gibt und dass man/frau direkt vom Zimmer auf die Terrasse/in den Garten gehen kann. Leider keine Klimaanlage und viele Mücken und Gelsen. Das Geschirr in der kleinen Küche war leider schmutzig.

Camera eccellente, ampia, pulita e molto curata nei dettagli. Unica pecca è il rumore della strada. Colazione non eccelsa ma passabile. Personale molto disponibile.

Stühle im Speisesaal sind so prekär das man sich kaum zu sitzen wagt.
Frottiertücher werden eine Woche lang nicht gewechselt! Da es beim Duschen immer im ganzen Badezimmer überschwemmung gibt, musste ich mein Handtuch nachher zum aufnehmen verwenden. Habe dies dann am Boden liegen lassen wird dann zwar mitgenommen aber es gibt kein Neues! Erste Nacht hatte ich gar keine Frottierwäsche, erst als ich sie am nächsten Tag verlangt habe! Ich hatte das Gefühl das während der ganzen Woche nur der Papierkorb im Bad gelehrt und Lavabo geputzt sonst Bett gestreckt sonst nicht gewischt oder aufgezogen. Ist halt Italien! Aber für 455 Euro für 7 Nächte doch eher das minimum gemacht!

Personnel hyper sympa qui nous a dessiné sur un plan de Florence un itinéraire ingénieux pour tout voir. Attention dans la rue il Prado il y a une double numérotation et l'entrée de l'hotel est une belle porte qui ne fait pas penser à un hôtel, c'est un palais du 18ème. Par contre les heures d'arrivée, de 12 à 13h sont un peu contraignantes.

Excellente prestations pour cette établissement. Les hôtes se sont mis en quatre pour satisfaire nos désirs, petit souci mais minime le wi-fi n’atteint pas la terrasse.Mais au regard de notre satisfaction cela n'est rien, bravo encore et à très bientôt.

Das Zimmer war zur Hauptstraße gelegen und deshalb extrem laut.
Es gab nur 3 Kanäle im TV.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, camere ampie e colazione discreta. Unico neo alcune camere sono un po' rumorose perché esposte sulla strada principale. Comunque tornerei sicuramente.
