La struttura è situata all'interno di un'area di servizio carburanti (il cosiddetto "ampio parcheggio"). E' stato necessario insistere per avere alcuni comfort previsti (frigobar, climatizzazione, asciugacapelli). Inoltre si hanno dubbi sull'ascensore (si chiudono le porte mentre uno entra). Però era la struttura più pubblicizzata ad Osimo, che era la meta turistica prescelta. Forse i gestori farebbero bene a cambiare denominazione alla struttura (non ci sarebbe di che "pavoneggiarsi"). Grazie
