Ogólnie warunki bardzo dobre, oczywiście w porównaniu z ceną, jednak jakość prysznica, pamiętającego jeszcze chyba czasy z przed I wojny światowej, oraz maszyna myjąca ulicę codziennie o świcie, od której naprawdę! trzęsły się szyby, nieco psują ten obraz.
Hotel usytuowany naprawdę 100 metrów od dworca, ale w cichej uliczce (przynajmniej nasz pokój), na początku starówki z drugiej strony, to świetny punkt wypadowy.
Śniadania serwowane w formie bufetu są wystarczające nawet dla głodomorów, a miła Pani robi kawę w każdym wariancie!

Superficie de la chambre trop juste,petit déjeuner mauvais, café indigeste, chambre bruyante notamment le matin. Le personnel d'accueil met la télé très fort et parle très fort le matin dés 7h. Accessoires mis à disposition jaunis, le mini bar était vide, la salle de bain était spacieuse et convenable mais mal entretenue.
