Очень доброжелательные и внимательные хозяева (семейная пара), владеющие английским языком. Приятная обстановка. Очень высокие потолки, добротная и прочная мебель, хоть и не самая новая. Зона HI-FI (бесплатно). Гостиница расположена в двух шагах от Русской Православной Церкви. Очень тихая улица. Удобный и безопасный путь к центру города, а также до ж/з вокзала. Совсем рядом имеется супермаркет. За углом - банкомат. На завтрак - выпечка, масло, йогурты, джем, печенье, сок, чай, кофе, какао, молоко. в течение дня можно пить чай или кофе, пользоваться чайником и холодильником.

Ce qui nous a gêné surtout est le bruit nocturne car les chambres aménagées dans une ancienne grande bâtisse ont des fenêtres et un plafond très hauts sans double vitrage. L’entretien général peut être amélioré, par exemple un des volets n'avait pas de crochet pour l'ouvrir,il manquait un "cache" aux toilettes. Sinon l'hôtelier était très sympathique.

Pessima accoglienza: se si arriva di pomeriggio, nonostante accordi telefonici, si attende anche un'ora prima che arrivi qualcuno alla reception perche' il personale e' composto solo dal gestore e sua moglie che non abitano vicino al bed and breakfast. La colazione a buffet in realta' non è fornita: si fa con cornetto e caffe' in un bar di via Lavagnini presentando un buono non sempre accolto con cortesia. Pulizia decente solo all'arrivo, poi nessuna pulizia, soltanto riassetto delle lenzuola. Delusi e amareggiati.
