The receptionist manager misbehaved in a very bad way. We had already made payment through credit card, he threatened us by telling us that he will give us the worst room in his hotel. And all of this rage came from my request to give us our reserved room as soon as possible because, being an handicap, i needed the room as soon as possible. Even on the day of our arrival on which we were supposed to have a room in this hotel, the same receptionist, without showing any remorse, told us that there were no room in their hotel and we will have to stay in some other hotel on their behalf (highly inconvenient for a handicap like me). All of this misbehaving occurred on the next day. While I was shocked by this abuse, my wife made an immediate complaint to the senior person sitting nearby but he just kept mum. Please avoid staying in this hotel as the rooms were smelly, dark and the air conditioning was not working too. Moreover, there were bed bugs which didn't let us sleep in our stay here. The staff was very uncooperative. A very bad place over all for stay by tourists. Their breakfast was pathetic too. Avoid.

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment basique, du genre des petits déjeuners de collectivités. On aurait souhaité du vrais jus de fruit et pas de la poudre avec de l'eau.

There were only Italian TV programs. It was very noisy. I listened to my neighbours how was talking with each other till 01 a.m. It was awful. The hotel is situated on the third floor and it was very difficult to find direction. In front of the building there was only one big sign with hotel's name and there was not instruction or sign how to get there.

Very good for a short stay!
