La climatisation de l' hotel ne fonctionnait pas. Le personnel le savait mais ne nous à rien dit. Aucune bouteille d' eau offerte.

Nous avons changé trous fois de chambre pour une nuit, 1. ménage pas fait, 2. Tv pas connectée pas de prise 3. pas de clip avec impossibilité d''ouvrir les fenêtres. Nous avons refusé de changer une quatrième fois.
Le lendemain difficile d'avoir une remise . Direction absente.
Pour un hotel de cette catégorie, lamentable.

La mancanza di istruzioni relative al funzionamento dell'aria condizionata ha compromesso il riposo notturno. Appena evidenziato il problema al personale (ormai erano le 7 del mattino) il problema è stato risolto. Vorrei sottolineare la disponibilità del personale. Siamo rientrati oltre l'orario (le 0:30 causa il protrarsi della festa a cui abbiamo partecipato) e la signorina della reception si è materializzata nel giro di pochi minuti per consentirci l'ingresso. L’hôtel semble ne plus entretenu: aspect général vieillissant, petits travaux non effectues, poignet de porte branlante et siphon de lavabo bouché.
