La mancanza di istruzioni relative al funzionamento dell'aria condizionata ha compromesso il riposo notturno. Appena evidenziato il problema al personale (ormai erano le 7 del mattino) il problema è stato risolto. Vorrei sottolineare la disponibilità del personale. Siamo rientrati oltre l'orario (le 0:30 causa il protrarsi della festa a cui abbiamo partecipato) e la signorina della reception si è materializzata nel giro di pochi minuti per consentirci l'ingresso. Grazie!
