Note positive: Personale molto gentile e professionale, hanno accolto con piacere anche il cane.
Hotel bello con ampi spazi interni ed esterni dove poter stare.
Stanza molto pulita e confortevole.
Parcheggio pubblico di fronte.
Nota negativa: Frigobar decisamente vuoto,solo due bottigliette d'acqua.

Ayant utilisé une adresse mail fautive lors de ma première réservation, j'ai fait une seconde réservation, pensant que la première serait annulée automatiquement. A notre arrivée à l'hôtel, la réceptionniste m'a appris que j'avais réservé deux chambres et a témoigné d'une attitude très rigide quant à un remboursement possible, ou une possible compensation. Elle a même eu le courage de nous proposer, à ma compagne et à moi-même, de prendre une chambre chacun puisqu'elles étaient payées. Cette attitude est simplement inacceptable. Le reste du personnel était quant à lui très professionnel.
