Ho prenotato una camera per i miei genitori che festeggiavano
il cinquantesimo ed avevano l'incontro con il papa. Sono sicura di aver riservato la stanza (euro 171) con cena e colazione inclusa (mezza pensione), invece gli hanno fatto pagare lo stesso importo a non gli hanno dato la cena. Sono stata molto delusa, oltretutto sulla conferma prenotazione c'era scritto mezza pensione e per me il significato e' solo uno cena e colazione.
mi dispiace per il disagio che ho causato ai miei genitori e comunque non mi sembra siano stati corretti. saluti paola de biasi
