Ottimo compromesso qualità/prezzo, struttura molto pulita (piscina e camere), da consigliare.

Atmosfera molto rilassante, ideale per chi cerca un pò di tranquillità in mezzo a scenari incantevoli del Casentino. Personale molto gentile e affabile.Da consigliare assolutamente.

The only negative comment I have is that it can be noisy to stay there if the hotel has too many guests. Also, the best rooms are on the pool side as it is facing the pool. The other side (where my friend stayed) completely different. Noisy room facing the road and when we stayed there was a motorbike festival on so it was noisy due to the concert, loud music and the motorbikes.

Siamo stati benissimo tutto ineccepibile. Consigliato.

Bagno cieco, rubinetto piccolissimo semibloccato, doccia ridicola, tv non utilizzabile perche' il cavo antenna penzolante dal muro era privo di spinotto e quindi non collegabile, calorifero con ventilatore molto rumoroso, cattivo odore di cucina in corridoio, deludente.

L'idromassaggio in camera non andava, peccato.

Camera decisamente vecchiotta e mal tenuta. Bagno piccolo (doccia appena praticabile). Aria condizionata poco funzionante. Colazione appena sufficiente.

A really nice cheap hotel. Very clean and the staff were great, however the room I was in was very basic and small.

The electric shutters were great at keeping the early morning light out. I'd stay there again if I went back to that area.

Das Hotel ist völlig in Ordnung. Eine anständige Begrüssung oder Verabschiedung findet nicht statt. Das Personal ist nicht gerade freundlich. Wem das egal ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

The hotel is situated just off the main road with substantial traffic in the modern part of Poppi. Our 'superior' room was relatively small and came with a shower. Despite the high temperature (first days of october) the air conditioning was put off and even the air ventilation was stopped (which resulted in a lack of oxygen/fresh air during the night). Not enough value for money; there are better hotels in the area for less.

Breakfast could be better.

The coffee from the machine was very bad.

Das Frühstücksangebot empfanden wir als mittelmäßig.

Dagegen war das dem Hotel angeschlossene Restaurant vorzüglich.

Wir waren sehr begeistert und werden wieder kommen!!!
