Abbiamo trovato la struttura molto trascurata e non valorizzata: lo spazio esterno, ampio e con un bel panorama, è inutilizzato tanto da sembrare abbandonato. Il personale della reception per niente professionale eta infastidito da qualsiasi richiesta di info. Il personale della sala, per altro scomoda da raggiungere, lento e improvvisato. Peccato perché la struttura e la posizione potrebbero fare dell'hotel un successo.

Dans la chambre manquait une garde de robe plus grande et un balcon je pense que ce genre d'hôtel et plus tôt adapté pour les hommes d’affaires ou les personnes de passage, aussi non c'était très bien.

Mi sono trovato molto bene, l'albergo è molto bello e pulito, il personale del ristorante è stato molto gentile.e disponibile. Non posso dire lo stesso del personale della reception, entravi ed uscivi e neanche salutavano, dovrebbero imparare ad essere più cordiali e disponibili. Per il resto ripeto mi sono trovato benissimo.
