La struttura e l'ambiente circostante sono molto belli e l'accoglienza alla reception molto valida. Non possiamo dire altrettanto per la gestione generale dell'hotel: il personale molto gentile e volenteroso, ma insufficiente numericamente per la struttura. Piscina non molto curata e priva del personale addetto all'assistenza ai bagnanti. Insomma una bella struttura ed un bell'ambiente circostante, ma senza "anima".

Giudizio complessivo pessimo! L'hotel non aveva registrato la prenotazione e non funzionava niente: arrivato alle h.19,30 la camera era ancora da preparare; la notte del 21/8 con un caldo tremendo, il condizionatore dopo i primi minuti di funzionamento iniziava a buttare fuori aria calda. (sono stato invitato a lasciare aperta la portafinestra sul terrazzo comunicante con altre camere perché mi è stato detto che poteva essere che, al momento dell'installazione fosse stato montato al contrario, ma constatato che non era vero!). Mancava il sapone e l'asciugamano per le mani; la doccia schizzava acqua in alto ed era stata pulita male; manca l'ascensore per portare i bagagli ai piani superiori. La mattina non funzionava il collegamento per pagare con la carta di credito, ho dovuto pagare in contanti. Di certo non ci torno e non lo consiglio!
