Le personnel a été d' une serviabilité constante, souriant et disponible. Les appartements sont très bien équipes, propre et très confortable (literie très grande et confortable). Hôtel très calme avec parking ce qui est important à Florence! Une ligne de bus passe à proximité et même directement au centre historique. Bref nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour!
