Personnel aimable mais peu efficace (exemples: 3 jours pour nous retirer un lit supplémentaire et en trop qui nous génait dans la chambre, ne propose pas de plan de ville en arrivant). Vaisselle pas propre et très insuffisante. Pas une seule chaine TV en français malgré le satellite , la proximité avec la France et de nombreux clients français. Environnement pas top.

Les chambres sont trés bien et propres, par contre pas de petit déjeuner inclu dans le prix et pas de réfectoire pour déjuener sur place, donc obligation d'aller dans le café à côté, hôtel en chantier, ils agrandissent et refont les chambres donc à 8h, le chantier démarre ! quand on arrive dans l'hötel, on est suprit, car pas prévenu sur le site, tout est en chantier, autour de la réception, il n'y a rien, que poussière et chantier
