Trotz Vorbuchung und Bestätigung über Internet war das Zimmer belegt !!!!!!(Reisegesellschaften mit ganzen Busladungen werden offensichtlich von den Hoteliers eher abgefertigt als die armen Individualreisenden.....) Das Management Ihres Hauses hat sich aber troz dieses Fehlers sehr großzügig gezeigt und eine akzeptable Kompensation angeboten (Juniorsuite + kostenloses Abendessen) - geht also in Ordnung

Nous étions une famille, 2 adultes et 2 enfants (13 et 14 ans).
Hôtel vraiment à recommander. Bien situé, au (vrai) calme dans plusieurs hectare de verdure, proche de l'autoroute Sienne-Florence.
Chambre très spacieuse ( éviter cependant celles du bâtiment principal qui n'offrent pas de terrasse ou de jardin et qui paraissent plus petites). Personnel varié mais généralement très attentionné et souriant. Pas de connexion internet dans les chambres ( mais ok à la piscine et dans le bât. principal). Pour les repas, nous avions pris la 1/2 pension. Très bien mais pour les enfants, à la carte serait plus adapté ( car trop consistant pour eux et souvent plats régionaux pas à leur goût) Les antipastis sont par contre très variés. Vraiment très bonne note de notre part et encore merci au directeur de l'hotel qui s'est dévoué pour nous.
