Restaurant food was OK, but waiters tended to be curt and hurried us.

Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. Ce n'est pas digne d'un établissement de ce type. Le personnel de l'accueil est hyper disponible et très sympathique. Celui du restaurant également. Le seul bémol le maître d'hôtel qui visiblement n'aime pas les français.

Personnel très gentil et serviable avec une mention spéciale au cuisinier et aux serveurs qui nous ont concocté des spécialités typiquement siciliennes.

The view is magnificent. The guided tour to the winecellar and the explanation of how the wine is made, very interesting.

Le garçon de salle restaurant pas sympathique ; personnel plutôt rigide, manque de jovialité ; ambiance générale des chambres : un peu triste et vieillot ; promenade difficile dans la campagne (tout est fermé) ; ne correspond pas à l'idée que l'on s'en faisait ; sans doute super pour les œnologues. Contexte = voyage en mai, couple de 50 ans.

Zum Frühstück gab es (Fertig-) Orangensaft, der für ein solches Hotel nicht angemessen war, bin ich anders gewohnt. Angeblich hat dieses Hotel 2 Restaurants, habe ich nichts von gesehen, lediglich abends war ein Restaurant geöffnet, leider nur nach Menükarte, Auswahl von 2 möglich, keine à la Carte. Pool groß genug aber keine Sonnenschirme bei den Liegen. Man hatte den Eindruck, als läge das Hotel ganz in der Nähe von den Orten Castelbuono bzw. Cefalù was nun absolut nicht der Fall war, ohne Auto war man aufgeschmissen.

Très bel hôtel , personnel super sympa , rien à dire , très bon restaurant , très belle piscine .

Das Hotel, seine Umgebung und die Zustand waren sehr gut, auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals, sowie das Frühstück.
Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Qualität des Abendessens passt nicht zum Hotel.
Es war ansich nicht schlecht, aber eben auch nicht wirklich gut - somit passt es nicht zur Qualität des Hotels/Hauses.
