Il personale, seppure gentile, non è preparato alla ricezione delle persone e la località (San Venanzo) offre pochissimo da visitare e locali per mangiare: abbiamo dovuto andare alla ricerca di un ristorante per cenare anche perché il ristorante dell'albergo era chiuso.
