The owners speak only bare English. The setting is beautiful, homemade bottle of wine waited for us. The room was charming. The town of Saturnia is very sweet and we had one of the best meals in all of Italy there. The springs were great, we were the only non-Italians there. It was a very positive and wonderful part of our trip. I would highly recommend if you have a car.
