When i booked this accommodation i asked for a disabled room, however, when i got there i was not given a disabled room, when i asked if this was a disabled access room the receptionist said yes, i later complained, and he then said the other disabled rooms were full and got aggressive and said if we didnt like it we could go find another hotel. The room stank of smoke and we had to be changed to another non disabled room, that wasnt much better, im sure the bedding had guests of its own. He promised us a reduction in the price but when we went to pay the new receptionist refused. throughout my stay i could not access the shower facitilies. Very unplesent stay, very unpleasent staff, on leaving there was another family complaining
