Le Corniole isn't really a hotel, nor an appartment. The breakfast is very, very basic with no fresh products. To cook you own meal the facilities are just sufficient. Our studio-room was basic, as was the bedding and the bathroom. Lots of thing were broken or on the point of breaking. Our 2 year old boy loved all the trains passing by, but when you're a light sleeper: don't stay here. Good point are the great restaurant downstairs and the staff, who was really friendly and trying to help us with everything we asked for.

The appartment was spacious and decently equipped - the staff were helpful.
The location is very close indeed to the railway station and the town centre of Arezzo. This would particularly suit people who are touring by train.
The only downside is that because it is adjacent to the railway there is some noise from trains.

L'appartamento è bello e spazioso, ma il bagno ha soltanto una vasca a semicupio piuttosto sporca. Anche le tovagliette per la colazione erano troppo sporche per essere usate. Gli altri ambienti erano puliti.
