Speriamo di rivederci presto !

Wir hatten zunächst ein Appartment für 4 Personen gebucht und waren davon ausgegangen, dass dieses über zwei separate Schlafzimmer verfügt. Stattdessen handelte es sich um einen einzelnen Raum inkl. einer Mansarde. Das ging aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor. Wir mussten deshalb auf zwei andere Zimmer ausweichen und entsprechend auch mehr zahlen.

Considering the cost of the room, we would have expected the following:

1. Wi--fi access in room;

2. A better quality shower head (poor water delivery);

3. Clear instructions on how to use the air conditioniong / heating system;

4. A working air conditioning / heating system;

5. A toilet seat that was properly fixed to the toilet pan and didn't slide when sat upon;

6. Having a member of staff present at checkout time (we had to check out by 10 a.m. and there was no-one there the whole time) - instead we had to deposit the key and entry card into the letter box..The female member of staff we did meet during our stay (a blonde Russian) was lovely, though!
