Personale è preparatissimo. Camere spaziosimme come pure il bagno. Colazione americana eccellente. Favolosa vista sull'Etna dal terrazzo. Ambiente relax perfetto.
Ottimo albergo con un solo piccolo manco. La scritta esterna è molto piccola e troppo facilmente si passa accanto a questo albergo senza individuarlo. Un vero peccato mancarlo!

La douche était bouchée par des cheveux...
Sinon le reste était très propre mais je ne peux pas mettre "suffisant" pour cette raison.
En revanche le décor et la hauteur sous plafond sont bluffants !!
