Staff assistance not so good; internet not practical, everything had to be paid extra; this is not friendly paying already for room. Swimming pool outside is not open in winter, whilst promising "spa" hotel Spa it self closes too early, at 19.30 p.m. If you arrive at 18.00 is not possible to relax in spa after day travelling.

Unsere Zimmer hatten keine Fenster die zu öffnen waren.
Nachts keine Lüftungsmöglichkeiten, da die Zimmertür mit Glasscheibe auf einen öffentlichen Gang führte und wir nicht unbedingt bei offener Tür schlafen wollten, zumal das Zimmer sehr klein war und jeder gleich auf unser Bett sehen konnte.
Einziges Fenster - im Bad - hier konnte das Fenster gekippt werden.
Nachts im Dunkeln ohne Fenster öffnen - alles dicht. = Ein sehr beengendes Gefühl! - Der Herr von der Rezeption meinte wir hätten doch schließlich Aircondition - das würde doch ausreichen.
Noch eine Nacht in diesem Hotel in diesem Zimmern war leider nicht möglich!
Der Architekt des Hotels gehört Nachts in diese Zimmer!
Ansonsten wäre das Hotel ok gewesen.

As the hotel describes itself as a spa and sport hotel, we imagined that there would be more sporting facilities. At least a tennis court would have been good.
