Ho prenotato due camere nella parte dell'hotel Executive e al mio arrivo, per un errore dell'hotel, sono stato costretto a soggiornare nelle camere dell'hotel Select in camere per nulla conformi a quelle da me prenotate. Il personale mi ha offerto il parcheggio per un giorno, ma non sono comunque soddisfatto in quanto avevo scelto l' hotel per le specifiche delle camere.
