Es gibt nur einen kleinen Fahrstuhl für alle, auch für das Personal. Wir waren im vierten Stock, also mussten wir immer den Fahrstuhl nehmen. Er hat leider immer, ob er nach unten oder nach oben gefahren ist, im ersten Stock angehalten. Dort war die Rezeption untergebracht. Es hat sehr genervt. Das Frühstück war für die vier Sterne sehr dürftig.
Wir hatten vorher ein Dreisternehotel in Pisa. Das Frühstück war reichhaltiger.
Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr günstig gelegen und sehr schön eingerichtet.
