Super hôtel, la patronne a été très sympas a nous et le garçon à l'entrée est vraiment génial en qua de question. Il sont la sans soucis vraiment géniales, un des meilleur hôtels!

Habe leider nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen und bei Reklamation wurde versucht mir das erhaltene Zimmer als das gebuchte zu verkaufen! Frühstück ein schlechter Witz!

Im ersten Appartement hat das Warmwasser leider nicht funktioniert, daher haben wir nach einem Tag ein anderes Appartement bekommen. Dort ging das Wifi leider nicht so gut, aber an sich sind die Appartements wunderschön, neu und sehr empfehlenswert.

Nothing compared to the pictures from the hotel website, breakfast is basically one croissant and one bun. Could not reach any staff member.

It would be nice if the jacuzzi was heated, but we loved our stay anyway! Very beautifull rooms and very clean!

I stayed in the Rajo apartment of suites in terrazza for 3 nights paying only 2 (2+1 nights free offer) paying a total of 160 euros which is very good price compared with other hotels. The newly renovated apartment is located in the 2nd floor of a block of flats and was very clean. It has a 40+ inches flat tv in the big bedroom, a separate kitchen with tea, coffee marmalade and rusks and a bathroom. Every day, you will also find a bag with 2 croissants and apples hanging on your door handle :). From the balcony the view is not so good - you can see the back of the building and the other buildings of the block.

The apartment is large enough and very satisfactory. The only problem is the hot water supply, as an electrical heater is used which takes very much time to heat the water and supplies hot water sufficiently for only 2 persons.

If you arrive in Sunday there will be no one to welcome you and to take you to your room!!! Make sure that a pair of passwords (for the main door and the door of your room-apartment) are provided to you via email prior to your arrival to the hotel or else contact the hotel to ask them. I arrived at the hotel and i could not get to my room :-( . Luckily, a nice lady living in the building offered to help me.

Would highly recommend staying here again. 5-10 min from Metro station and then only a few stops into the Centre of Rome. Excellent stay and with 3 nights for the price of 2, we were very happy with our stay.

On arrival the washbasin was dirty, hairs in the bowl, could not have a hot drink as the kettle was terrible brown and extremely smelly inside. Floor was full of fluff not been cleaned properly. No outside lights on the balcony, had solar lights but they did not come on. No coat hangers. Breakfast was not worth having, we had fresh croissants every morning and two apples, which got rather repetitive, the rest not worth having.There was no information on public transport or map in to the city no info on Rome whatsoever! We did not even get breakfast on the morning we left. The room had no chairs we could sit and relax after we arrived back in the evening.We did complain and get a different kettle and the room was cleaned better during the week, but we would not go back here. Very noisy with the neighbors between 7a.m. and 9 a.m. as it is situated in a residential block of privately owned apartments.

No hay restaurante / bar pero todos los días dejan café, te, zumo y yogur para desayunar; además que cada mañana dejan en la puerta un pan dulce recién salido de la panadería.
