Personale non qualificato in nessun reparto, struttura non pronta a gestire la mole di gente che aveva, creando grossi disservizi, spa pessima, acqua termale inesistente ma in compenso il cloro era in esubero, freddo in camera, da evitare

Complimenti per vasta scelta e straordinaria qualità della cena!
La prima colazione potrebbe avere una scelta più svariata di brioche e dolci. L'unico vero peccato è il caffè preparato da macchine automatiche che ha niente a che fare con un vero caffè italiano che mi aspetterei in un albergo a 4 stelle.
