Per l'accoglienza ci vogliono 20 minuti per lasciare il documento e pagare con fotocopia carta di credito: lunghissima trafila, inutile, molto spiacevole per chi vuole raggiungere la camera.
Non ci sono coperte in camera e in Aprile non si può dormire con il solo lenzuolo; c'era comunque il riscaldamento.

nous avons eu un problème de téléphone et les gens de l'hotel sont venus tout de suite voir et nous changer d'appareil, tous ont été très sympathiques.
