The male staff person who took care of most of our inquiries was excellent. The facilities were quite good. The room was large and nice. The hall carpet had a residue from a water leak which smelled bad. The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner, throughout our visit, except for breakfast. As I was ill at the time, this was an inconvenience.

Ya nos hemos alojado en el hotel en otras ocasiones, pero al parecer, ha sido vendido y el hotel ha desmejorado muchísimo. En nuestra última visita incluso nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación. La verdad es que estuvimos cuando lo inauguraron, y cada vez va a peor.

Es gab ein Problem mit dem heißen Wasser und keine Lösing in dieser Zeit.
Wir mußten die ganzen Tage mit eiskaltem Wasser duschen und das Bad war auch sehr kalt. Kein Hotel für die kalte Jahreszeit.
