C'était une location et non un hôtel; donc je ne peux répondre à toutes les questions.
Concernant la situation : il serait judicieux de dire qu'il faut emprunter une route en terre assez difficile avec des creux et des bosses avec des virages et cela grimpe beaucoup. (sur 2,5 km environ) . La vue est magnifique mais au début cette piste ne m'a pas enchanté.

Il bagno, molto datato e cieco, presentava una doccia pessima, con scarsa erogazione di acqua a causa della vetustà dell'erogatore, (senza telefono) ormai ostruito dal calcare.
La camera matrimoniale, invece, aveva un letto comodissimo, con ottimi materassi ed ottima esposizione.

La località merita di essere visitata, il panorama è ottimo ma la struttura e la sua gestione lasciano molto a desiderare.
