Secondo me c'è poca organizzazione per la preparazione dei pasti: arrivati al residence alle 19:30 ci hanno avvisato che non era possibile cenare e che avremmo dovuto dirlo prima.
Poca organizzazione per effettuare i pagamenti, inizialmente ci è stato chiesto di andare a cercare un bancomat perché non era possibile pagare con carta di credito essendo il proprietario assente al momento del check out. Sotto mio sollecito telefonico il proprietario ha ritirato i soldi dalla carta data per la prenotazione perché il personale non ha potere per riscuotere i pagamenti.
