Ho prenotato per due adulti e 3 bambini (anni 12/10/10) pensavo di prenotare due camere invece era un a villetta, dove ho dovuto pagare la pulizia finale in supplemento. Nella prenotazione avevo richiesto la colazione inclusa ed ho ricevuto conferma alla richiesta, ma al momento di pagare mi hanno aggiunto la colazione dicendo che dipendeva dal tipo di prenotazione.

Lors de ma réservation sur le site, j'avais réservé des chambres puis on m'a confirmé des appartements ( ce qui est bien) mais par contre à l'hôtel le lendemain, on nous a demandé de nettoyer l'appartement quand on dort une nuit. Finalement après discussion, le personnel pas très content nous on laissé partir.

La TV n'avait quasi pas de chaîne en français. Confort du canapé-lit au lit était médiocre.
