It was very disappointing that no one was at the desk when we arrived. We arrived at 5pm and the desk was supposed to be open until 6:30 pm. We were unfamiliar with the area and needed advice about driving in Siena proper.
Also the commode is very close to the shower stall, and one has to sit almost sideways when on it. Daniella at the desk the next morning was very helpful.
A little disappointed that the am coffee and cappuccino were dispensed by a machine!

Fotos und Beschreibung stimmen nicht mit den Leistungen überein. Man hat das Gefühl man wohnt bei einer Familie und ist in deren Haus zu Gast, nicht wie ein einem Hotel.
Am Abend sitzt die Familie im Aufenthaltsraum bzw. Wohnzimmer und sieht fern. Zimmer im Keller sind eine Katastrophe, weil man die Spülung ständig hört. Alles sehr hellhörig. Der Balkon war voll mit Taubenkot. Frühstück und besonders der Kaffee grauenhaft.
Völlig überhöhte Preise!
